As each item is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns.
Damages and Issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damage, or receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.
Refunds and Replacements
Once we’ve received and reviewed your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your claim is approved, you will have the option to choose either a full refund or a replacement item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund in your account.
